3. OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We provide this notice to explain our online and off line information practices and the choices you can make about the way information is collected and used. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, at no time will we sell, trade, rent or use your personal information without your prior written consent. Our web site applications are intended for use by persons that are 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 21 years old to register for and participate in YTS events.
4. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES YTS GATHER?
YTS was formed as a dating and events services company created to provide participants with a way to meet each other, online and in person, in a social atmosphere. In order to register participants for YTS events, and to register user accounts for our web site services, we collect personal and other information online, as part of the registration process. We collect personal and other information from participants at YTS events, and through the submission of information by YTS members in their personal my account and profile folders accessed through our web site dating applications. YTS disseminates portions of the information we gather in order to match YTS event participants and other users of the YTS web site with each other. The type of information which you are required or may otherwise choose to provide and how we may use such information is as follows.
Personally Identifiable Information: This is information that personally identifies you to others (“Personally Identifiable Information”). It is required when you register for a YTS event or subscribe for unlimited access to the web site, and includes: your full name, city, zip code, phone number, and e-mail address. You may still use the web site on a limited basis, without providing any Personally Identifiable Information, for doing general searches for men or women based on certain age groups. Certain Personally Identifiable Information such as your full name, city, zip code and e-mail address are required when registering for a user account (i.e. registered use of the web site without the ability to e-mail others). We use certain Personally Identifiable Information to, among other things: (1) announce upcoming YTS events and/or products, (2) announce upcoming events and/or products of our business partners, and/or (3) add your name to the guest list of the YTS event that you have made a reservation for. If you register for a YTS event (or attempt registration) your information is also added to our e-mail mailing list. At no time will other YTS members or any persons using the web site have access to your Personally Identifiable Information, unless you choose to reveal that information to them.
Profile Information: This is information that you provide to us when you register for a YTS event or otherwise submit on our web site, as a registered user, in your profile folder, in order to provide other YTS Members with more information about you (“Profile Information”). This includes information that you choose to provide such as, for example: (1) your user name; (2) your gender; (3) your age; (4) dating sexual preference; (5) city and zip code of your residence; (6) ethnic background; (7) religion; (8) marital status; (9) height; (10) weight; (11) hair color; (12) eye color; (13) body type; (14) education; (15) occupation; (16) income; (17) a photo of you; and (18) personal preferences on smoking, drinking and children. Profile Information, while not all required, is strongly encouraged, since you will meet several participants at each YTS event and/or online dating, and it would be very difficult to recall all of the characteristics of the participants you meet with during the course of the event without the benefit of supplemental Profile Information is very useful in determining whether you would like to contact other members. Furthermore, use of all of the other online dating services provided on the web site would be impossible without Profile Information, since many of the registered users may never have attended a YTS event, and therefore their Profile Information may be the only information available to determine whether they would be a good "match."
PayPal: As detailed in the terms and conditions, when registering for YTS events or subscribing for full use of the YTS website you will be required to have a PayPal account to pay for the events or subscription. YTS strongly suggests that you read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of PayPal concerning the procedures that have been implemented to secure your privacy in such information that you provide.
Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses www.YourTimeSingles.com. At no time will your personal e-mail address or your identity be revealed, unless you choose to reveal that information to someone. The only information that the recipient of your message will have access to, is your user name and profile information that is posted on the YTS web site. All messages sent through YTS's messaging system, which includes the web site email, will be delivered to you via the e-mail address that you have provided to us.
7. SPECIAL PROFILE AND MATCHING PREFERENCES
When you register as a user on the YTS web site or register for a YTS singles event, you automatically agree to: (1) be a "featured profile" in YTS e-mails and the website; (2) allow other YTS members to e-mail your profile to their friends; and (3) if you've been to a YTS event, allow your profile to be viewed by all other users of the web site, in addition to the persons you "matched" with at the YTS event.
8. E-MAIL PREFERENCES
When you register as a user on the YTS web site you automatically agree to: (1) have e-mails sent to you to notify you of new matches; (2) have e-mails sent to you to notify you of upcoming YTS events; (3) have e-mails sent to you to notify you of your matches; and (4) have e-mails sent to you to notify you of persons who have "sent you flirts", requested your photo, or invited you to an event.
9. DOES YTS SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?
Information about YTS members is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share your personal information only as follows:
Business Partners and Sponsors: Our web site and YTS events are run by us together with our business partners. We also offer businesses the opportunity to sponsor YTS events and place advertising for these businesses on our web site and in our monthly email newsletter. By registering for a YTS event and/or posting your profile information on the YTS web site you give us your permission to provide your name, age, gender and e-mail address to any of our business partners and/or sponsors. We will use our best efforts to assure that our business partners and sponsors use the information provided to them solely for their own business purposes and do not disseminate this information to any other persons; provided, however, that we cannot guarantee their compliance with these provisions. YTS has no control over the use of your information by any business partner or sponsor after it has been provided to them. In the event that you do not want us to provide this personal information to any additional business partners or sponsors, you must contact us by email at _____________________ and request that your information be removed from our database. After we have removed your information (which may take up to six (6) weeks from receipt of your request) we will not provide such information to any further business partners or sponsors. With respect to the removal of your information from the databases of any business partners or sponsors to whom we previously provided your information, you must contact those business partners or sponsors directly in order to remove such information. YTS is, however, under no obligation to provide you with a list of business partners or sponsors whom your information may have been disseminated to.
Tell Your Friends: YTS members are given the opportunity to tell their friends about the YTS experience by providing us, online, with their friends' first names and e-mail addresses. We will use this information to send an e-mail to these friends with information on YTS. We will not send these friends any follow-up emails and will not maintain their information in our database, unless they register with us.
Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy business assets. In such transactions, client information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that YTS, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, information on all of the YTS members in our database will of course be one of the transferred assets.
Certain Necessary or Required Disclosure of Information: In addition to the other circumstances described herein, we may disclose information provided by you if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect our rights or properties or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.

We value opinions and comments from participants, other visitors to our web site and you may have the opportunity to give us your feedback through online and off-line surveys.
